**Workshop** Log Structures

Instructors for this workshop will be Crew Leader Mark Clemens and Maintainer Trainer Christine Ramsey.  Learn how to properly install log steps and check steps, the importance and practical experience of debarking logs, making crush and placement of the log steps.  The location will be Horse Gap instead of the original location of Byron Herbert Reece. The work site is only a couple of hundred feet from the Horse Gap parking. Long pants and sturdy shoes or boots are required. Hard hats, work gloves and other tools and safety equipment will be provided for you if you don’t have your own, and you are welcome to bring your own if you do.
