Third Saturday Work Trip for November
Due to the Federal Government shutdown, the previously scheduled Third Saturday work trip has moved to Amicalola Falls State Park. We’ll be working to maintain and improve sections of the Approach Trail within the park boundary.
Interested individuals should wear sturdy shoes and long pants. Work gloves and hard hats are mandatory and can be provide by the club if you don’t have one. Bring something for lunch, snacks, water and appropriate layers to be comfortable throughout the day. The club will also provide the tools and training necessary for the work trip. This work trip is open to all, regardless of experience. If under 18, the participant must be accompanied by an adult. This adult can be a parent or guardian. If the minor is not accompanied by a parent or guardian, the adult must bring a signed waiver for the minor.
