**Workshop** Rock Crew Tool Sharpening

Join Tom Lamb, Rock Crew Chairman, for a hands-on Rock Crew tool sharpening workshop.  The GATC owns many dozens of tools for rock work. Bring your own personal trail tools and get them in top shape, too.  We will clean, sharpen, repair, and oil handles and metal parts.  If you have no experience in tool care, this workshop will teach you everything you need to know to maintain your personal tools.  If you are experienced already, please come to this workday, as we have more tools than the workshop participants can take care of.  We will be working on all of the club’s Rock Crew tools.  We will gather at 9:00 am in Dahlonega at a member’s home on the Etowah River. Lunch will be provided (feel free to bring a dish), ice cold drinks will be plentiful, and after the work is done, there is inner tubing and kayaking on the river in the front yard for anyone who would like.  If you have additional questions, please contact Tom Lamb at tomlamb377@gmail.com.
