You can register for all GATC work trips and most training sessions here.

Members and non-members may register and bring a guest or family member on a work trip under the following guidelines:

• Work trips are open to members and guests over the age of 18.
• Minors aged 16 to 17 may participate with written permission from a parent or guardian.
• Minors aged 11 to 15 may participate at the discretion of the trip leader.  A letter of permission from a parent or guardian AND a ratio of one responsible adult supervisor onsite for every 4 minors.
• Minors under 11 may participate at the discretion of the trip leader.  A letter of permission from a parent or guardian AND a ratio of one responsible adult supervisor onsite for every 2 minors.
• All participants are required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which must include a hard hat, gloves, long pants, and suitable closed-toed shoes.
• GATC will provide a hard hat and gloves for participants however GATC does not have PPE that properly fits small children.  Please plan accordingly. If you have a question regarding PPE, please email trails_supervisor@georgia-atclub.org or the work trip leader indicated for the activity you’d like to participate in.

There is no cost to attend a work trip, and most training sessions are also free. Any exceptions will be clearly noted.
