Need to learn or refresh basic backpacking skills?  This informative and interactive seminar will set you on a safe and comfortable path for backpacking.  The seminar will cover a variety of topics including gear selection, water treatment, cook stoves as well as a summary of helpful resources.  This seminar is a prerequisite for the backpack in May.
