This easy, but long, roadbed trail goes through a yellow birch forest on the north side of Brasstown Bald.  Some of the places passed on this hike are:  Little Bald, Buzzard Ridge, Chimney Top, Old Rocky Knob, Double Knob, and Granny Knob.
