This GA 4000 challenge hike to four of the GA 4000 peaks requires a short shuttle.  Following the placement of destination vehicle(s) north of Alex Mountain on Alex Mountain Drive, the hike will start at Beegum Gap (Elevation of 3,630 feet).  We will hike on the Bartram Trail over Rabun Bald (Elevation of 4,660 feet) and on to Flat Top.   At this point, the hike retreats on the Bartram Trail to Flint Gap, and then follows a social trail to Flint Knob and Alex Mountain.
