This 14-mile backpack is from Three Forks north on the Rough Ridge Trail for 7 miles to Jacks River.  We will camp near Rough Creek, then hike south on the Hickory Ridge and East Cowpen Trails.    Elevation gain over the course of the trip is 2,000 feet.
