Enjoy this Wet and Wild backpack in North Carolina’s Slickrock Creek Wilderness.  We’ll hike 8 miles up Slickrock Creek with 8 water crossings and 2 water falls.  There will even be an opportunity for swimming at Wildcat Falls, so be prepared to get wet!  On Sunday, we will cross the wilderness to Yellowhammer Gap and back out to the trail head.  If we have time on the way home, we’ll visit the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest.  Don’t miss this fantastic summer trip.
